Hey all -- cool event alert! The American Association for the Advancement of Science is hosting its annual meeting in San Jose on February 14-15, and as part of the event, they're offering FREE Family Science Days, with shows, exhibits and hands-on science. The description says its appropriate for kids K-12 and their families, but those of you who have toddlers who are transitioning to big kid status (yikes! it goes too fast!) may want to check it out. http://meetings.aaas.org/family-science-days/
Please share with your friends who have elementary age kids -- by choosing this for a weekend family adventure, parents let their kids see how very cool science can be!
Thanks so much to reader Sabra-Anne for letting me know about this neat event.
Happy toddling!
